Donald L. Bissett PhD

Dr. Donald L. Bissett grew up in New England, receiving his Bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut in chemistry in 1971. He received is Ph.D. in biochemistry from Michigan State University in 1975.

Since then, he has worked in the skin research department at Procter & Gamble, with his efforts over the past 20 years being on skin aging and skin pigmentation control. He has published extensively on his research and received numerous US patents on topical technologies, many of which are used in marketed skin care products such as Olay and SK-II.r.
